Women of Worth Ministry

Women of Worth (WOW) is the women’s ministry of Joy Christian Fellowship. Women’s cell groups and bi-monthly WOW meetings provide the basis for encouraging friendship, spiritual growth and life transformation.

Combining the Word of God with Christian comedy, care and prayer, WOW teaches women the importance of feeding their body, soul and spirit. Using the simple acronym – JOY (Jesus, others and You) WOW also helps women understand their value as individuals, wives and mothers while providing opportunities for fellowship and friendship. Women are inspired to seek God, to serve others and to be spiritually fit.

“SISTER ACT: It's Better Together!”

Ecclesiastes 4:9,10 says that "two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor...but woe to him who is alone when he falls for he has no one to help him up."

Join us this year as we focus on the joy of relationships and the benefit of being a part of a life giving community of "sisters" committed to building lives anchored in Jesus Christ and His Word.

WOW has also added two new opportunities to reach the women of our community.
Women out Working is a monthly luncheon designed for women who are out in the work force, business owners or those desiring to do so. Women gather together for a one hour mix of training, inspiration, interaction, networking and more.
The last Thursday of each month from 12 - 1 pm (Not during the summer or December). A lunch for $5.00 is available or you can brown bag it.

Homebuilders is an opportunity for the older and younger women to interact learning to build strong homes, families and lives. Food, fellowship, helpful tips, training, laughter, networking and more are available three or four times a year. Watch our events calendar for upcoming dates.
