What We Believe
School Of Leaders

School of Leaders

The School of Leaders provides new and seasoned believers with the fundamentals of Christian faith and the principles of discipleship. With three levels to complete (after the Encounter Journey) and relatively small classes of up to10 weeks each, students receive personal and inspirational instruction intended to turn them into leaders and teachers.

Each level of School of Leaders is a two part course preparing each student to fulfill the Great Commission.

School of Leaders 1:
A. Building Your Foundation: Introduction to basic Christian doctrines.
B. Strengthening Your Family: Introduction to basic Christian Family values.

School of Leaders 2:
A. Charting Your Vision: Introduction to God’s vision for each Christian.
B. Conquering Your Land: God’s vision for your ministry and evangelism.

School of Leaders 3:
A. Forging Your Team: Building your team of 12.
B. Cultivating Your Gifts: Introduction to leadership and ministry.
